WHAT IT IS: Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG is a water-based serum that reduces the appearance of puffiness and dark circles around the eyes. The formulation works by combining a high caffeine concentration with a highly purified epigallocatechin gallatyl glucoside (EGCG).

 

HOW TO APPLY:
